I went to this competition in support of a niece whose band was performing. I was expecting some great band marching and music but I was absolutely amazed at the level of performance of these high school bands from around the state. The excellence of the costuming, backdrops, choreography, and the innovative musical theme presentations exceeded my wildest imaginings. This is an outstanding display of high school talent and achievement. I now intend to follow her band to other competitions throughout her high school career.
